Overview
The Altura Office Building with its four floors of 105,000 SF of commercial
office space and 45,000 SF of underground parking garage demanded
a lot of attention and flexibility to keep up with its dynamics.
GARDNER ZEMKE was awarded both the Mechanical and the
Electrical Subcontracts on this Design Build project. The different phases
of this project were awarded under different contracts, which meant
that we had to have two separate crews – one for the main
building shell and one for the tenant improvement spaces. Each
tenant space had a different contract, and each space also had
a separate deadline – many had to be completed in as little
as a month’s time. |
